- 1.2 "Seller" refers to any individual or business entity listing products for sale on the Platform.
- 1.3 "Customer" refers to any individual purchasing products from Sellers on the Platform.
2. Account Registration
- Sellers must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
- Sellers must provide valid business details and a QR code for payments via GCash or PayMaya.
3. Product Listing & Sales
- Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their product listings are accurate, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and Platform policies when listing products.
- Counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products are strictly prohibited.
4. Payment Terms
- Customers shall pay Sellers directly through the QR code payment system provided by the Seller.
- The Platform Administrator is not responsible for payment collection, refunds, or financial disputes between the Seller and the Customer.
- Any disputes regarding payments must be resolved between the Seller and the Customer.
5. Order Fulfillment & Delivery
- Sellers are solely responsible for processing, packaging, and shipping orders to Customers.
- The Platform Administrator does not guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for delays or non-fulfillment of orders.
- Customers should contact Sellers directly for order inquiries or complaints.
6. Return & Refund Policy
- Sellers must establish and communicate their return and refund policies.
- The Platform Administrator shall not be responsible for any disputes regarding refunds or returns.
- Customers should directly coordinate with the Seller for any refund or return requests.

- The Platform is provided "as is," and the Platform Administrator makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
